5-Minute Breathing Exercise to Relax and Clear Your Mind

  5. Exhale through your mouth for a count of 8 seconds. As you release the air, imagine any stress or negative thoughts leaving your body with each breath.
  6. Repeat this process for a total of 5 minutes. Focus on the rhythm of your breath and allow your mind to become still and clear.
