These guidelines are in place so that you have a safe and comfortable experience with the Mind Series – Hypnosis Audio sessions, so please read them carefully.

Some programs such as (Virtual Gastric Band) have specific instructions for listening order and frequency, so please download the instructions provided with each course.

To get maximum benefit from our hypnosis Audio downloads, we recommend you follow these three simple steps.

Pick a Time: and Place Choose a safe place to listen to your chosen hypnosis download. Choose somewhere where you can relax without being disturbed for 20-25 minutes. You may prefer to listen whilst lying down in bed or whilst sitting on a comfortable chair. You can listen to our hypnosis audio sessions at any time of day, but only when it is safe, private, comfortable and convenient for you. NEVER listen to our hypnotherapy recordings when your attention is required elsewhere, such as when driving or operating any kind of machinery.

Listen, Relax, and Enjoy: Make sure you are able to relax deeply. We recommend listening to the recordings with headphones, because they help to cut out distractions and they also help you to focus better on the words of the hypnotherapist. It is important to be open minded and for a greater chance of success, allow yourself to feel positive responses to the suggestions you hear. You will benefit most by tapping into feelings of positivity when you listen.

Repeated Listening is essential: for our hypnosis audio to work effectively, you need a high level of commitment. For our single session hypnosis audio programs, we recommend that you listen every day for the first week, then every other day for the following three weeks, for maximum positive benefit. Then just listen to from time to time when you feel the need, or if at any time, you wish to benefit from complete hypnotic relaxation. The timeframe for change is different for everyone, so it is important to listen to the recordings regularly.

Our recordings are designed to help you positively benefit from the natural and open-minded state of hypnosis.

Although hypnotherapy is known to be a highly effective and consistent therapy, the contents of our recordings should always be regarded as being complementary therapy.


    • Our recordings should not and do not replace conventional medical treatment.
    • If you are using medication, then do not alter the medication in any way, unless instructed to do so by your medical professional.
    • Where physical illness or symptoms are concerned, you must always consult with a practitioner of conventional medicine, before listening to our recordings.
    • If you are in any doubt over a physical or emotional problem, then you should always seek advice from a doctor, or an appropriate medical professional.
    • It is recommended not listen to any of our recordings if you suffer from epilepsy or a serious psychiatric condition, such as schizophrenia.

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, but these warnings are necessary, as your health and well-being is of paramount importance to us.

Please be aware that hypnosis and hypnotherapy cannot create a harmful situation for an individual unless a potentially harmful situation already exists. But always remember, that hypnotherapy is a complimentary therapy, not an alternative therapy.
