Steps to Follow
The comprehensive Mind Series – 5 Day Anxiety Relief Program consists of FIVE days of audio hypnosis sessions for you to work through each night.
Pick a Time and Place – Try to stick to the same time each day or night if possible. Choose a safe place to listen to your chosen hypnosis download. Choose somewhere where you can relax without being disturbed for 20-25 minutes. You may prefer to listen whilst lying down in bed or whilst sitting on a comfortable chair.
Day 1 – Session 1 (Day 1)
You begin your hypnotic Anxiety Relief journey with the Mind Series Anxiety Relief – Day 1 – Session 1 audio.
This will introduce you to our hypnosis and put you in a a state of heightened learning, where you will also feel extremely relaxed and calm. Anxiety Relief – Day 1 will begin the groundwork needed to start the process of working through your anxiety for YOU and forming the habits needed to reduce that anxious feeling you get in your most challenging times. This audio designed to get your subconscious to discover the root cause of your personal struggle with anxiety and work from there.
Day 2 – Session 2 – Find your inner safe place.
Day 3 – Session 3 – Focus on the body.
Day 4 – Session 4 – Focus on relaxation.
Day 5 – Session 5 – Let go of the burden of anxiety.
The key is, It is simple — just relax, let go and enjoy the process!

Repeated Listening is essential for our hypnosis audio to work effectively, you need a high level of commitment. We recommend that you listen every day for the first week (5 Full Days), then each week, for the following three weeks, for maximum positive benefit. Then just listen to each session from time to time when you feel the need, or if at any time, you wish to benefit from complete hypnotic relaxation.
The timeframe for change is different for everyone, so it is important to listen to the recordings regularly.
